Breakages & Damages

Any breakages or damages are the responsibility of the occupant and will be deducted from the security deposit. Please ensure that any breakages or damages are reported to Experience Algarve, our property management company as soon as they occur so that they can be resolved for the next guest.

Check-in / Check-out |
Check-in - 2:00 pm.
Check-out - 10:00 am.
This allows time to properly clean your apartment for our next guests.
|
Cleaning |
The apartment and its contents must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period (e.g. dishes washed, all garbage removed). Any excess cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Dishwasher |
Please remember to wash your dishes. Dishwasher requires 3-in-1 tablets, consisting of salt, detergent and rinse-aid. Salt is critical to avoid damage to the dishwasher, due to the water in Portugal. This will help us maintain our high standards and keep maintenance costs down. Tablets are available at all supermarkets.

Occupants |
Strictly limited to those listed on the booking form. Maximum number of occupants is 4. No pets allowed. Admission will be refused or terminated if this condition is not met.
|
Utility Charges |
| Weekly rental rates include a standard amount of electricity and gas. Our property manager will check the electricity and gas meters before and after your stay. They will advise of any excess charges. Please note that excess charges will apply with regular use of Air Conditioner/Heater and will be deducted from your security deposit. Refer to Bookings page for amounts included.
